  • How do I get a card?

    For online orders simply Add a Together Rewards Card to your basket with your next purchase or pop into any of our stores and ask a member of staff for a card with your purchase.

  • How do I register my card?

    When you have received your card Click Here to register it.

  • How do I link my card to my online account?

    Once your card is Registered, login to your online account and Link Your Card.

  • How can I collect points?

    Once your Together card is registered and linked to your online account, you can start to collect points with every purchase you make online, as well as every purchase you make in store.

  • How do I spend my points?

    Collected points are issued in the form of Reward vouchers which are sent to you every 3 months, as long as you have registered and earned 50 points or more.

    You can redeem your Reward Vouchers online or in any of our stores. If you have fewer than 50 points, your points will be carried over to the next collecting period. Points can only be carried forward once / over one collecting period.

  • Will I collect points on every product I purchase?

    Certain products may be excluded from the Programme at the discretion of The Works, particularly those which are the subject of other promotional activity and any 3rd party Gift Cards. Points are not available on any The Works Gift Cards, except during special promotional events. If you have any questions, please contact our customer services team on 0121 313 6050.

  • Can I collect points online without an account?

    No. In order to collect points with your online purchases, you will need to Link Your Together Card to your online account.

  • How do I check my points balance?

    Your Together Rewards points balance will be stated on your order confirmation email and you can also check your balance via the Together Rewards website, simply Click Here to log in.

  • Can I get points on past online orders?

    No, points cannot be collected on past orders. You only start to collect points once your card has been linked to your online account.
