After careful consideration, we have decided to end our Together Rewards loyalty scheme on the 30th March 2024.
We’ve done our best to avoid putting up prices during the cost of living crisis, but to ensure we can continue to offer the best value and service, we’ve had to look at other ways to make savings. It wasn’t a decision the business took lightly but we know that everyday, affordable prices are the most important thing to our customers and we’d like to keep it that way.

The scheme will end on Saturday 30th March 2024 at 23:59, after then no further points will be earned. All current members of the scheme will be able to redeem their vouchers as normal until Saturday 29th June 2024 at 23:59.

Yes. You can still collect points up to and including Saturday 30th March 2024 at 23:59.

If you collect 50 points or more from 1st January 2024 to 30th March 2024 you will be issued with a new voucher early April, and you will be able to spend this as normal up to and including Saturday 29th June 2024.

If you do not collect the minimum of 50 points between 1st January 2024 to 30th March 2024, they will not rollover past 30th March 2024.

Yes, we can send a new card in the post and transfer the data from your lost card. Customers can contact customers services via the 'contact us' page on the website or by phone on 0121 313 6050.

You should retain your card until Saturday 29th June 2024 to ensure you don’t miss any vouchers you may have earned. After this date you can remove the loyalty card from any online apps (Stocard, Apple or Google Wallet).

Yes, you can. If you currently have a voucher from the current issue period, you will be able to redeem it up to and including Saturday 30th March 2024.

Providing you have your receipt, and the item is returned within 28 days, we will issue you a gift card.

No, we won’t be signing up any more customers from Tuesday 27 February 2024.

In line with our Privacy Policy The Works will retain any transaction based data for 7 years to ensure that we can handle any queries during this time. Any loyalty specific data will be deleted upon closure of the scheme in GiveX. If you have opted in to our marketing we will continue to keep you updated with our latest products, exclusive content, competitions and offers. If you have opted out we will retain your information to ensure that you aren't contacted.
