Instructions:
Set the iron to 220 degrees. Lay your garment on a hard surface and place the patch face up where you’d like to apply (remove the adhesive pad clearly before place). Cover with a spare piece of fabric. Press firmly down with the heated iron for 30-40 seconds. Iron the reverse side for 30 seconds to reinforce. Repeat if necessary. Then remove the iron. Your patch is secure. When washing, turn your garment inside out and use on a gentle wash.
