Fork Tulip Painting Tutorial
How to Make — Instructions:
1. Prepare your space with paper towels or newspaper to catch any mess.
2. Fold an A4 sheet of card in half to make a greetings card.
3. Start by painting a generous amount of green paint onto the bottom of a disposable fork.

4. Press the fork against the card repeatedly to create grass at the bottom of your card. You may need to reapply green paint to your fork to cover the whole bottom of the card.
Fill in any empty space at the bottom with a paint brush.

5. While the paint is still wet, continue to press the fork against this bottom section to create a grass texture.
6. Using a thin paint brush, paint some stalks in green coming up from your grass. You can choose how many you want to make.

7. Choose the colour of your first flower, and cover the back of a fork with plenty of that colour paint.

8. Carefully press the paint-covered fork onto the paper, being sure to press into each of the four prongs and round the edges at the bottom.
Slowly remove the fork, revealing your painted flower underneath.

9. Next, decide what colours you would like your other flowers to be and paint the forks with those colours.

10. Repeat the process, being sure to press into the 4 prongs and rounded bottom of the fork.
You now have your beautiful fork tulip flowers.

11. Using paint, you can write “Thank you”, or whatever you would like, to finish off your greetings card.

Be sure to write a nice message inside, and give it to someone you’re thankful for.
