Lets take the stress out of shopping. Shop our biggest selection of products from the comfort of your home and select Click & Collect to have your shopping delivered to your nearest store for free, so you can collect whenever you get a free moment.

Place your order online

Add your items in the basket as normal, but when placing your order choose 'Click & Collect' from the delivery options.

Enter your postcode to find your nearest store, or select your preferred store from the drop down list.

Complete Order

3. Complete Order.

Follow the rest of the checkout process to complete your order.

Email Confirmation

4. Email Confirmation.

You will receive an Order Confirmation Email to confirm your order is placed. Your order will then be processed and delivered to your chosen store. We aim to deliver all Click & Collect orders in up to 5 working days as stated in our delivery conditions. When it arrives you will receive a second email advising that your order is ready for collection

5. Collect Your Order.

Please bring your confirmation email or order number with you, and collect your order from your chosen store. If you do not collect your order within 10 days your order will be cancelled and you will be issued with a full refund automatically. Please note, your refund may take 3-5 days to appear in your account.

  • How much does Click & Collect cost?

    It's totally free! Simply select 'Click & Collect' from the delivery options at the basket.

  • What if my order is delayed?

    We aim to deliver all Click & Collect orders in up to 5 working days as stated in our delivery conditions. If your order is delayed you will receive an email notification advising you of the delay.

  • How do I know when my parcel is ready to collect?

    We aim to deliver all Click & Collect orders within 5 working days as stated in our delivery conditions. If your order is delayed you will receive an email notification advising you of the delay.

    We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is ready to collect. This contains instructions and your order number, which you will need to pick up your parcel. We aim to deliver all Click & Collect orders in up to 5 working days as stated in our delivery conditions.

  • How do I collect my parcel?

    Take your confirmation email or order number to your selected store and a member of staff at the till will retrieve your parcel.

  • Do I need ID to collect my parcel?

    No ID is required, simply bring your order number or confirmation email. If you don't have either of those, please provide some ID (Passport, Driving Licence, payment card).

  • Can someone else collect the parcel on my behalf?

    Yes, someone else can pick up your parcel as long as they have the order number that is sent to you.

  • How long do I have to collect my parcel?

    Your order will be held in store for 10 days. If you have not collected your order you will receive an email reminder after 7 days. If you have not collected your order after 10 days your order will be cancelled and you will be issued with a full refund automatically. Please note, your refund may take 3-5 days to appear in your account.

  • Can I change the store I'm collecting from after I've purchased something?

    No, unfortunately no changes can be made to the delivery method once the order has been placed.

  • Can I change the delivery method to Home Delivery after I've purchased something?

    No, unfortunately no changes can be made to the delivery method once the order has been placed.

  • What if an item is lost/damaged?

    If any item is damaged or missing you can get a full refund immediately. If you would like a replacement the store staff will need to issue a web refund for that item and you can make another purchase either in store or online. Alternatively you can contact our UK Customer Contact Centre and they will resolve the issue for you.

  • What happens if I need to return something?

    You can return items for refund or replacement within 28 days of purchase. If you wish to return something please contact our Customer Services Team.

  • Can I collect Together Loyalty Points with my Click & Collect order?

    Yes. Once your Together card is registered and linked to your online account, you can start to collect points with every Click & Collect purchase you make.

  • I haven't received my Ready for Collection email after placing an order using PayPal?

    If you haven't received an email informing you that your order is ready to collect from store, please check the junk folder of your email application (e.g. Outlook, Mail, Gmail etc). Please also check that your PayPal account is using the same email address that you use with your email application. If you're still unable to find the email, please contact our Customer Services Team.
