Use our order tracker here to see the current status of your order. We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days. If your order is a Click & Collect, please contact your selected store for further information. If you believe your order is missing, please contact our Support Centre and we will support you further.
Items ordered online via the website may be returned to any of our stores. Alternatively, parcel your items with the original documentation included and return via the post. Please obtain proof of postage. Allow up to 14 days from the date of return for your items to be received back at our warehouse and a refund will then be issued.
If you wish to receive a VAT invoice, please contact us with your order number.
Together Rewards cards can be picked up in your local store or added to your online order for free, which will then arrive with the rest of your order.
For in-store orders, please head to your nearest store and speak to a member of staff. We would need you to supply receipts for the orders you would like to turn into Together Rewards points. Please note that we can only add points for receipts up to 1 month old. For online orders, please head to our contact us form and have your order numbers ready. Please note that we can only add points for online orders up to 3 months old.
If you have a query about a specific product relating to stock or you would like further information on the products, please speak to our team via the contact us form with the product code (which can be found in the web address) or the exact name of the product and a description of the product.
