Together Rewards

The current conversion value of points is one-point equals one penny in the UK or one cent in the Republic of Ireland. We will not exchange TWTR points for cash. We may from time to time change the numbers of points you can collect on products and services included in the Programme. We will display notices in-stores and online advising members of changes.

TWTR points can be earned at United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland The Works stores. The current rate of points collected is 5 points for each full £1 or €1 in Republic of Ireland of expenditure, after any discounts have been applied. Points will be collected on all purchase of £1/€1 or above.

You must present your TWTR card at the checkout in order to collect points for a transaction in-store. It may be possible, if you forget to do this at the time of the transaction, to have your points added manually at the store, but this cannot be guaranteed if you have not registered your card. This is dependent upon; production of a valid receipt, provided the receipt belongs to you, relates to your personal expenditure and is produced in-store within 30 days of the original transaction. All queries of this nature should be referred to a member of in-store staff. Points may only be claimed for up to two transactions or receipts per day.

Certain products may be excluded from the Programme at the discretion of The Works from time to time. Points cannot be earned on gift cards.

In any single collection period, you can only earn a Reward Voucher with a maximum value of £50 in the UK and €50 in the Republic of Ireland. This is the equivalent of 5000 points.

During any multiple points and other events in-store or online, members will receive the promotional rate of points only. The normal rate of points at that time will not be awarded in addition to the promotional points.

The Works may set a limit on the number of times points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional points are available. Individual promotions may have different earning limits as communicated in their purchase conditions.

The Works may remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value.

When returning goods purchased from The Works, unless you are requesting an exact replacement for your return, any Together Reward points collected on those items may be deducted from your Together Rewards account.

If you fail to present your TWTR card when receiving a refund, we may deduct the points from your Together Rewards account the next time you present it in-store.

Points have no value until converted into vouchers at the end of a collection period.

The Works is under no obligation to award TWTR points other than for qualifying transactions.

Reward Vouchers

The Works Together Reward Vouchers ("Reward Vouchers") will be sent by email to you if you have registered your card and have accumulated total points above the qualifying threshold at the end of each collection period. The current minimum qualifying threshold to receive a voucher is 50 points.

The Works is under no obligation to send a Reward Voucher or statement by post if you do not provide a valid email address when you register your TWTR card, you will not receive a Reward Voucher notification, statement or any further correspondence from TWTR.

You can request your TWTR card balance in any store at the till at any time or online.

The value of Reward Vouchers given by The Works will be based on the number of points that you have collected by the end of the last day of the collection period. Collection periods may vary at The Works' discretion.

Points value at the end of the collection period will be converted into Reward Vouchers in increments of 0.01 pence or 0.01 cent. Points that do not meet the qualifying threshold of 50 points will be 'carried forward' to the next collection period once only.

If a card has less than 50 points or if the card has not been registered, the points earned in the current quarter are carried forward, but points earned in previous quarters are wiped.

Vouchers are valid for 3 months and are accompanied by an expiry date, beyond which they cannot be used or reissued. Additional terms and conditions may be found on the Reward Voucher statement.

The Works may restrict the use of the voucher to selected products and exclude products which may be included in other promotional activity.

The voucher can be used as part payment towards product(s) of a higher value provided the balance of the payment is covered by another suitable method.

If a product you purchase using a Reward Voucher is unsatisfactory, please return it to any The Works store. Where necessary we will re-credit your account with the correct number of points. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
