Here’s where it gets interesting, she hires Nate to seduce her future mother-in-law and break up her Dad’s relationship.  Why we love it:

- It's an exciting first glimpse into a new series.
- We loved the seamless transition into a fictional world but still with all the romance we love.

King of Wrath is a sumptuous tale of love and its complexity as it introduces a captivating fictional world. The story revolves around Dante and Vivian, whose relationship transforms from dislike to a profound love. The dynamic between them builds a strong foundation, with vulnerability and confidence in each other. Huang skillfully crafts characters with depth and individuality, adding just the right amount of spice in to the narrative. King Of Wrath is a must for your Ana Huang collection just for its engaging plot, well-developed characters, and the promise of a captivating journey.

King of Pride (2023)

Why we love it:

- In Kai and Isabella, we have some of the best characters that Ana Huang has created.
- This book is a lot of fun and has everything that you’d want from a romance book.

This is a thrilling addition to the King Of Sins collection that follows Kai Youn and Isabella Valencia, offering a spicy, fun, and intensely romantic narrative. Kai is an intellectual with a witty charm, and Isabella is a strong independent woman who shouldn’t be drawn to his charms but somehow is. The difference between the two characters creates a nice dynamic that involves plenty of petty differences, miscommunications and a lot of fun. Overall, it is probably one of the best Ana Huang books because the characters are so much fun to be around.

Twisted Books Series

Twisted Love (2021)

Twisted Love (2021)

Why we love it:

- Plenty of character development which makes the romance and steam feel well-earned and natural.
- As the first book in a series, it is a thrilling introduction to what follows.

Here, Ana Huang introduces us to the Twisted series. The first instalment follows Alex Volkov, whose life has been shaped by a cursed past he can’t escape and has made him driven and successful but with little to no interest in love. Until he sets his eyes on Ava his best friend's sister. This book has plenty of flaws; cringy scenes and lines occasionally pop up, but Ana Huang doesn’t forego any character development, and the book is all the better for it, with the big romantic moments and sexual tension all feeling well-earned. Overall, it’s a great first book in the series, setting the tone for the rest to come.

Twisted Games (2021)

Twisted Games (2021)

Why we love it:

- A slow burn to begin with but really gathers pace as you get into it
- Plenty of tension throughout the book as the flawed main characters try to navigate their relationship.

Twisted Games follows the steamy and tumultuous romance of Rhy and Bridget as they try to get out of their own way and navigate their feelings for each other. Both of the maing characters are engaging and very, very flawed. These flaws originally drive that connection, but as the book goes on, they also make their relationship fraught with tension as they try to confront them. All of which, makes this a really gripping romance that feels like it is well-grounded and well worth reading.

Twisted Hate (2022)

Twisted Hate (2022)

Why we love it:

- Sexual tension and chemistry between the leads is so hot that you may need to take a cold shower to cool down afterwards.
- One of Ana Huang’s best female protagonists.

Twisted Hate is an addictive and compelling romance novel following Josh and Jules. Josh is a bit of a lady's man, having never met a woman that he couldn’t charm -  except for maybe Jules. Jules sees right through Josh and has little time for him, and it drives him mad. Yep, this may be your typical enemy-to-lovers plot, but with Jules, you’ve got a really great female protagonist who makes it well worth a read. She’s funny and fiery, and every time she’s in the book, the pages light up with her presence, making it impossible to put down.

Twisted Lies (2022)

Twisted Lies (2022)

Why we love it:

- It is the perfect end to the series.
- A really captivating leading man who should be completely unattractive but somehow isn’t.

The final instalment of the Twisted series follows Christian and Stella. Christian is a monster dressed in a nice suit, and Stella is a sweet and shy romantic who has been hurt in the past. The two are driven together by a threat from her past, and they start to grow closer. Twisted The brilliance of this book is how Ana Huang can make what should be an unlikeable character in Christian, so captivating and swoon-worthy. He’s morally ambiguous, and yet his dedication and actions towards Stella make him oddly attractive. Also, he’s pretty good at dirty talk, which is always a bonus.
